All prices on the platform are set by dacha owners and are up-to-date. Bronla.tj works with owners to ensure that prices are not inflated.

Can the dacha price be reduced?

• If the reservation is canceled by the cottage owner - the payment will be 100% refunded to your card or transferred to another cottage at the client's request.
• If a confirmed reservation is canceled by the user, the advance payment will not be refunded.

If the booking is canceled after being made, will the payment be refunded?

A booked dacha cannot be exchanged. To select a new dacha, you need to make a new booking and payment. The advance payment for the previous booking is non-refundable.

Can I switch my booked dacha to another one?

Before booking, we recommend reviewing all dacha details, customer reviews, as well as photos and videos. If discrepancies with the description are identified before check-in and confirmed by the dacha owner, Bronla.tj will offer you an alternative dacha of similar value or refund your advance payment.
